Description

Noise from the feedback becomes visible in the control circuit when strong enough. It is then amplified by the AOP, comes back to the feedback, and to the control, ...

Add a low-pass filter on the OpAmps N.I. pins to remove noise received from everywhere (including from the feedback) by the control circuit

The noise was probably due to the feedback amplification (0..0.075V to 0..5V). I switched the MOSFET driver and feedback to 0..075V Let's see in the next PCB batch
