Replace 74LVC2G14 with 74LS14 (6 Schmitt triggers)
Use 2 of the 6 Schmitt triggers from the 74LS14 and one of the 2 JK flip-flops from the 74LS74 to debounce the rotary encoder (ABC Basic connection master.pdf, page 123)
Use 1 of the 6 Schmitt triggers from the 74LS14 to debounce the rotary encoder button (ABC Basic connection master.pdf, page 122)
Use 1 of the 6 Schmitt triggers from the 74LS14 to debounce the trigger button (ABC Basic connection master.pdf, page 122)
Use 2 of the 6 Schmitt triggers from the 74LS14 to replace the 2 from the removed 74LVC2G14
